The Construction Association of Michigan (CAM) honors the most prestigious construction projects annually in their fall "special issue."  Walsh College-Barry Center Addition, Troy was included on this very select list.

Working with George W. Auch Company, Great Lakes Mechanical successfully installed an energy efficient mechanical system in this 35,000 square foot addition.  Pending certification, this building will be awarded the Bronze-Level LEED Certificate.  This state of the art facility was opened for classes in January 2008.
